Age Requirement
Sabor Havana is a cigar and cocktail lounge serving tobacco and alcohol products. You must be 21 years of age or older to enter the premises, purchase products, apply for membership, or use this website. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

This website is provided for informational purposes — to share our hours, events, membership options, and to let you contact us or submit an inquiry. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information in any form you submit.
Email & Newsletter
By subscribing to our newsletter you consent to receive marketing emails about events and happenings at Sabor Havana. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email. Transactional messages tied to a reservation, membership, or inquiry you submit are sent as part of fulfilling that request. Our handling of the information you provide is described in our Privacy Policy.
Membership Terms
Membership applications submitted through this site are inquiries, not confirmed enrollments — a member of our team will contact you to finalize your membership. Once active, memberships are billed annually or semi-annually as selected, are non-refundable, and renew automatically unless cancelled. Monthly credits expire unused at the end of each month and do not roll over. Locker assignment and availability are subject to change and are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.
Table Reservations & Bar Minimums
Table reservations made through this site are confirmed instantly. Each reservation carries a stated bar minimum for the selected table and time; by confirming a reservation you agree that if your visit does not reach that amount in food, drinks, or purchases, the remaining balance will still be charged. We hold reserved tables for 15 minutes past the reservation start time, after which the reservation may be released as a no-show. Reservations cannot be cancelled or modified online — please call (305) 436-8860 to cancel or make changes. Pricing shown at the time of booking is the pricing that applies to that reservation.
Private Events
Private event inquiries submitted through this site are requests, not confirmed bookings. A member of our events team will follow up to confirm availability, pricing, and any deposit or minimum-spend requirements before an event is considered booked.
On-Premises Conduct
All guests are expected to comply with lounge policies, staff instructions, and applicable state and local laws regarding tobacco and alcohol consumption. Sabor Havana reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any individual at its discretion.

Limitation of Liability
Sabor Havana is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or attendance at our lounge, events, or SMOKETHIS®, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
